1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Evolara Chem are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, order placed in error, shipping delays, product performance, or any other reason.

2. No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of the research materials we sell — chemical compounds intended for laboratory use — we cannot accept returned products under any conditions. This applies equally to opened and unopened items, used and unused items, and items in any condition. Returned packages will be refused and returned to sender.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product descriptions, Certificates of Analysis, and order details carefully before completing a purchase. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and understood the product specifications and that the materials are appropriate for your intended research application.

4. Order Disputes

Any questions or concerns regarding an order must be directed to us via our contact page prior to payment. Once payment is confirmed and an order is placed, it is final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

5. Research-Use-Only Materials

All products sold by Evolara Chem are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. The finality of all sales is consistent with industry-standard handling requirements for research-grade chemical compounds, including chain-of-custody integrity and applicable regulatory obligations.
